An Eyinle clay vessel lid for ritual stones by Abatan Odefunke Ayinke Ija (1885-1969) or possibly by another female potter; Rival of Abatan. A sculpted female figure of a devotee of the river God Eyinle holding a small bowl. Traces of blue paint. Egbado Yoruba. Nigeria, early 20th Century.
